Weekly Service & Holy Communion

Our Worship

We are liturgical: that means our worship services are based on a consistent form/order that every Episcopal church follows. This form is laid out for us in the Book of Common Prayer. What ties us together as Episcopalians, despite our differences in politics or culture, is this shared form of worship.

Join us for a Sunday worship service as we come together in praise, prayer, and celebration of God’s love. All are welcome to experience God’s presence in our warm and inclusive worship community, in person or through livestream. You can also join us during our Wednesday evening prayer service livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube.

The responsibility for all things worship lies with the rector, our priest. She is supported by a lively Liturgy Team of parish members who assist in planning and coordinating the roles of parishioners in conducting our worship services. These include our altar and flower guilds, our greeters, readers, prayer leaders, altar servers, musicians and technical team. There are always opportunities to learn about and join in on any of these ministries.

Music

Trinity has a rich musical tradition, and it continues to evolve. Our organ is used for most of our worship services, featuring traditional hymns from our primary hymnal as well as from supplemental hymnals developed over recent years. Individual cantors, small groups and occasional instrumentalists lead us as we praise God in song. On the third Sunday of the month, our contemporary music team leads us with piano, guitar, and singers in more informal worship music.
