Trinity Together: Restoring The Heart of Towson

People. Ministry. Community. That is what this campaign is really about.

For 185 years, faithful stewards have invested in Trinity’s future. Now it is our turn.

 

Trinity has long been a place where people who live, work, and study in Towson encounter worship, welcome, service, and belonging. Today, we are strengthening the foundation that makes that ministry possible.

 

Trinity Together is our $1.5 million dollar capital campaign to restore and prepare our campus for the next generation.

 

This is about more than buildings. It is about the people who gather inside them. Every week, Trinity serves families through our preschool, neighbors through the Surprise Shop, and seekers of all kinds through worship and community. Trinity Together ensures we can keep doing this for generations to come.

    • Memorial Hall and Guild Room freshly painted
    • New lighting installed in Memorial Hall
    • New window treatments added in Memorial Hall

Why Now?

  • Our annual stewardship campaign supports daily ministry including clergy, staff, worship, outreach, formation, and operations.

  • The Trinity Together campaign funds one-time improvements that preserve and strengthen our facilities. Several areas of our campus require significant updates and repairs. Addressing these needs now ensures Trinity remains safe, welcoming, and vibrant for decades to come.

  • When our HVAC fails, preschool families swelter in summer and our seniors shiver in winter. When our Surprise Shop roof leaks, our neighbors in need lose access to a lifeline. When our organ is distorted, our worship is diminished. These are not abstract infrastructure problems. They are interruptions to ministry that touches hundreds of lives each week.

Our Goal

We seek to raise $1.5 million in pledges.

  • Pledges may be fulfilled over three years
  • Gifts may be made annually, quarterly, monthly, weekly, or as a one-time contribution
  • Major projects will be completed by 2028

What Your Gift Will Support

      Trinity’s three ministries, Trinity Church, Trinity Episcopal Preschool, and the Surprise Shop, all share one campus. Keeping that campus safe, beautiful, and functional is what allows each of them to thrive. Here is what your gift makes possible:

Campus-Wide Infrastructure Improvements

  • Comfortable worship and learning year-round (HVAC replacement)
  • Window and roofing repairs
  • Memorial Hall, Kitchen, and Guild Room enhancements
  • Protecting our neighbors’ lifeline (Surprise Shop structural repairs)
  • Safe spaces for Trinity’s youngest learners (preschool upgrades)
  • Jarrett House restoration

Worship Space Enhancements

  • Restoring the voice of our worship (organ restoration)
  • Improved altar lighting
  • Electrical and sound system upgrades

These improvements will increase safety, expand outreach capacity, strengthen hospitality, and deepen the beauty of our worship life.

Strengthening Our Mission

Trinity is a caring and diverse, Christ-centered community called to create and share opportunities for all people to worship God, serve others, and grow in faith. Each week that mission shows up in real ways: a preschooler learning to share, a neighbor finding a coat at the Surprise Shop, a grieving family surrounded by prayer, a newcomer finding a seat at the table. Trinity Together is the campaign that makes sure those moments keep happening.
